Today the Fuso Szulc leaves the dry river bed at Punta Boca del Salado, Baja California, Mexico.
A journey needs to be made to the town of La Paz to settle some business matters.
This creates not excitement but inner unrest.
Life has been going in a certain rhythm for the last 40 days.
A very organized and stable life with a program every day the same.
With highlights like the morning swim in the Sea of Cortez.
The siesta after lunch.
The running in the late afternoon.
It is cruel to have to miss these daily activities.
Instead it will be the city life with all its concentration of energy and vibrations.
The hecticness, the temptations, the noise and the pollution.
But also the friends to meet and a delicious guave treat from the ice creamshop “La Michoacana”.
It will be two days in La Paz only.
The planning is to spend only one night there and return to Punta Boca the next day.
A strong and intelligent man should be able to handle this.
But the temptations?
